- Open the request and choose Compare quotes to see every submitted quote with its total, deposit, lead time and validity.
- Switch to Line by line to compare each requested item across vendors. The lowest price is marked.
- Vendor extras and notes are listed separately so totals compare like for like.
- On a phone, each quote is a card that lists every line's quantity, unit price and total.
- Award a quote to add that vendor to the event and its lines to the budget. The other vendors are told politely.
