No. Clients and partners use private links, with no account and no seat. Invite as many as you work with.
What counts as an active event?
Events in planning, confirmed, live or wrapping up. Leads and closed events are free and unlimited, so your pipeline and archive never count.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Guided onboarding (we import your contacts, vendors and a past event, set up templates and train the team) is $1,500 once. It's waived on annual plans.
What is the Founding Partner offer?

No. Agencies on launch pricing keep their price, limits and currency (including invoicing in birr) for as long as their plan stays active.
Can you import what we already have?
Yes. The importer recognises exports from HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, Planning Pod, Notion, Google and Outlook, and reads any spreadsheet. Or send us the files and we'll move you over. How switching works →
