Plan equipment: owned and rented
Track what you own in Inventory and what you rent per event, with load-in and load-out.
- Inventory is your agency's own stock: quantity owned, condition, storage location and what's out today.
- On an event, the Equipment tab lists everything the event needs. Mark each line as owned (reserved from Inventory) or rented (from a vendor, with cost).
- Stock shortages show when events need more of an item than you own on the same dates, so you can hire the difference.
- Load-in and load-out times appear in the run of show so the crew knows when gear arrives and leaves.
