Guests, RSVPs and invitations

Guest lists, seating, VIP dossiers and RSVP campaigns over email, SMS and WhatsApp.

  • The Guests tab holds the list with RSVP, dietary, accessibility, category and table.
  • Drag guests onto tables to seat them. VIPs get a dossier with protocol notes for the team.
  • Marketing sends invitations and RSVP campaigns. Each guest gets a personal RSVP link.
  • Connect WhatsApp, SMS or Telegram in Settings → Channels & integrations; email works out of the box.
