Switch from HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, Planning Pod or Notion
Ready-made switch kits that know each tool's export format.
- Export your data from the old tool (each kit links to that tool's export instructions).
- In Import, pick the switch kit for your tool and the kind of file you exported.
- The kit maps the columns for you. Check the preview; schedule items outside an event's dates get their own day tab.
- Import contacts and vendors first, then events, so everything links up.
On annual plans, guided onboarding is included: we'll do the import with you.
Tip: Export formats change. If a kit's preview looks wrong, send us the file through Help & support and we'll fix the kit.
